Beauty Cleanse juices are freshly made-to-order, cold-pressed with love and every drop of goodness in preparing only the best for you. This requires a significant amount of time and effort on our part.

As such we kindly request that your order is placed at least 3 days prior to your preferred start date and to keep in mind our cancellation policy.

In placing an order with Beauty Cleanse, you are in accordance and acceptance of our full Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING YOUR ORDER

All orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to your preferred start date. Orders can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week only on our website. We regret to inform that we do not accept orders by phone or email at present. Currently, we only offer start dates on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday so be sure to place your orders at least 3 days prior to your preferred start date.

Tuesday start day – order must be placed by Friday 11.59pm.
Wednesday start day – order must be placed by Saturday 11.59pm.
Saturday start day – order must be placed by Tuesday 11.59pm.
Sunday start day – order must be placed by Wednesday 11.59pm.

In the event that your preferred start day is not available, this means that we are fully booked out for orders on that day. We seek your kind understanding on this matter as we only produce a limited number of cleanse packages/ juices per day. If in any case you urgently need to start on the day that is booked out, do give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate to your request.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have placed an order with us. Please check that the start date, nominated delivery address and any other special requests are accurate to the email that you receive.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/ALTERATIONS OF CLEANSE PACKAGE

If your plans have changed and you would like to make any cancellation, we have to be notified by phone (and confirmed in writing) or email during our normal working hours (9.30am-6.30pm) within no less than 3 days prior to your scheduled start date. For example, if your cleanse begins on a Tuesday, you must cancel by Friday 11.59pm. This applies to any rescheduling of start dates and/or altering of juice packages or number of participants as well. We regret to inform that any late cancellations/rescheduling/altering of juice packages will be charged the full price.  Any cancellations made within the time deadline will not be refunded however, and only credits will be provided for future usage valid for 6 months from the date on which they are issued. If you hold any valid medical reasons and request for late cancellation, we will handle such incidents on a case-by-case basis and will require written proof of condition from your doctor.

GENERAL

Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received payment. Payment can be made via Paypal, credit or debit cards. Cheques or cash on delivery will not be accepted. All our juices are freshly made-to-order, cold-pressed in our kitchen using the Norwalk Hydraulic Cold-Pressed Juice Extractor, air-tight sealed in bottles and packed in cooler bags to be delivered to your doorstep as fast as possible.

The juices do not contain any preservatives and are unpasteurized so they have to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery according to our instructions and consumed on the scheduled start date. Failure to comply with the above will jeopardize the freshness of your juices, which we are not liable for and we will not offer any refund or credit for juices which have spoiled.
